  1. ADOPTION
    Adoption is the legal process by which a person becomes a lawful member of a different family from their birth family. An adoption ends the rights of a birth parent and creates rights for the adoptive parent(s).

  1. DEEDS
    A deed is any legal instrument in writing which passes, affirms or confirms an interest, right, or property and that is signed, attested, delivered, and in some jurisdictions, sealed. It is commonly associated with transferring title to property.

  1. MOTIONS & RESPONSES
    A Motion is a written request or proposal to the court in order to obtain an order, ruling or direction. A response (answer) is required when a defendant has been served a complaint.
  2. NAME CHANGES
    A Name Change generally refers to the legal act by a person of adopting a new name different from their name at birth, marriage or adoption.
  3. PATERNITY ACTIONS
    Paternity actions be commenced by an alleged father seeking custody or visitation, a mother seeking child support, a child seeking to establish a parental relationship or the state seeking reimbursement for public assistance.
  4. POWERS OF ATTORNEY
    This is a document that allows you to appoint a person or organization to manage your affairs if you become unable to do so.
  5. SEAL/EXPUNGE CRIMINAL RECORDS
    In Florida, expunging and sealing is the legal process by which a person destroys or limits access to their criminal history record.
